Job Summary
Provides nursing care to residents using the nursing process; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs; documents medication information and care accurately; supervises unlicensed staff and delegates duties; assumes nurse charge after hours and on weekends when RN is unavailable; requires active LPN license in Minnesota, CPR certification, and continuing education credits; part-time, 40 hours per pay period, 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), weekends every other, holidays every other; sign-on bonus $2,500.
