Licensed Practical Nurse - VASAP Clinic - West End

Collaborate with the licensed healthcare team to deliver direct patient care, provide healthcare information to patients and families, and follow established plans of care. Evaluate patient progress toward goal attainment and participate in care planning while documenting clinical interventions such as wound care, point of care testing, and vital signs. Work under the supervision of a licensed professional to ensure all activities comply with VUMC standards and licensure regulations. Support plans promoting a safe and healthy environment through effective communication and problem-solving. Monday through Thursday shifts (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon).
