Licensed Practical Nurse, VASAP Clinic - Franklin

Conduct direct patient care and provide healthcare information to patients and families while following established plans of care. Collaborate with RNs and licensed healthcare team members to evaluate patient progress and support plans promoting a safe environment. Perform clinical interventions including wound care, point of care testing, and vital signs under supervision. Collect, report, and record objective and subjective data accurately. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
