Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide 24 hours nursing services according to physicians orders in the Crisis Unit, including nursing interviews on admission, medication administration, and supportive nursing measures. Perform crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and referrals; assist with residential duties, basic living skills, and placement/discharge as appropriate. Complete documentation for licensing and regulatory requirements (charts, progress notes, daily summaries, vital signs, incident/discharge reports); coordinate with the Crisis Team and other agencies to ensure timely and appropriate services. Maintain safety and well-being of consumers on site, implement treatment and behavioral plans per guidelines, adhere to ethics and standards, document medication administration with proper timeliness, and participate in trainings and supervision. Assist in training new employees and use clear, people-first communication with clients and professionals.
