Job Summary
Performs screening to determine appropriate avenue for care of patients. Functions as a member of the health care team at an intermediate nursing level to assist in the planning and implementation of patient care based upon sound nursing judgment, clinical preparation, knowledge, skills and experience. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. In addition, serves as a nursing resource for clinical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
- ability to screen and determine appropriate care pathways
- nursing judgment and clinical preparation
- works with Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing guidelines
