Licensed Practical Nurse

Plan, implement, evaluate, and deliver patient care based on assessments to optimize outcomes. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions while collaborating across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals. Evaluate learning needs for patients and families, providing education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Maintain clinical competency through orientation, annual education, and ongoing practice while following Tribal Health policies. Requires a South Dakota or compact LPN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and two years of experience. Schedule is 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a half-hour lunch break.
