Licensed Practical Nurse

Ensure quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Prepare the annual facility budget and monitor monthly performance, intervening as needed. Recruit, hire, provide orientation, and retain qualified staff while conducting periodic performance appraisals. Maintain a safe, clean, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff. Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state or federal regulations. Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes. This role requires an active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license with a minimum of three years in the Long Term Care industry.
