Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned and administer and record medications and treatments. Reinforce supports, deliver health care instructions to patients and families, and participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care with the team. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients while observing and reporting vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals. Record observations of patient responses on charts and maintain environmental conditions conducive to comfort and safety. Assume charge of the unit as assigned.
