Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to patients, administer medications and treatments, reinforce health care instructions to patients and families, collaborate with the care team, assist with admission/transfer/discharge, monitor vital signs, observe and report patient conditions, document observations in patient charts, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and support unit management as assigned. Requires LPN licensure; 1 year of experience preferred.
