Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice, administer and oversee medications and treatments, monitor resident health status, communicate with physicians/pharmacies/care partners, supervise caregivers/CNAs/Med Techs, ensure accurate EHR documentation, support care planning and regulatory compliance, and uphold infection control and safety policies in a senior living setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
