Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Civitas Senior Living community in Prospect, KY. Responsibilities include insulin and medication administration and supervision, maintaining medication supply and carts, recording vital signs, processing med re-orders, dressing and grooming assistance, reporting health concerns, and other duties as assigned. Requires active LPN licensure, CPR/AED certification, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
