Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position involves providing direct patient care, including administering medications and assisting with daily living activities. Duties include documenting patient observations, communicating with healthcare teams, and participating in the development of individual nursing care plans. The role requires a current State Nursing License, effective communication skills, and attendance at required meetings and in-service programs. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Nursing License
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice
- May be required to have current ACLS certification or obtain within six months
