Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in MEADVILLE, PA for TCU/Rehab. Responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process, medication administration including IVs, patient assessments and documentation, assisting with admissions/discharges, coordinating with the health team, participating in care planning, and ongoing education participation. Requires current state nursing license and BLS; ACLS may be required within six months depending on department. Full-time day/evening shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Nursing License
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card
- May be required ACLS certification or obtain within six months of assignment
