Job Summary
Implement care continuously for pediatric patients, administering medication and vaccines as ordered. Perform and assist with treatments and procedures while documenting patient responses in medical records. Observe and report significant physical, psychological, or safety status changes to the RN and provider promptly. Provide health education based on individual needs and offer translation services as required. Demonstrate cultural awareness and respect for patients and coworkers. Communicate patient care needs to ancillary staff and follow up accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- graduate of an accredited Nursing School
- NYS LPN License
- 1-2 years of experience in hospital based nursing
- BLS
- NYS Infection Control certificate
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

- Ambulatory care experience
