Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living provides high-quality care by administering medications and treatments, documenting medication administration, reviewing electronic health records, and contributing to resident care plans under Sunrise policies and applicable laws. The role emphasizes safety in medication passes, adherence to the Six Rights of Medication Pass, collaboration with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse, maintenance of medication rooms and carts, accident/incident reporting, aiding in ISP development, and participation in team meetings. Core competencies include teamwork, empathy, communication, judgment, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and safety/risk management, with requirements for LPN/LVN credentials and CPR/First Aid training and 18+ years of age. Required Qualifications
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
