Job Summary
Provide school health services as an LPN across the district; administer medications per policy and state law; perform health screenings; coordinate health care plans and referrals; maintain student health records and comply with health guidelines; travel within the district to perform health services; work under supervision of the district health staff and health services leadership; communicate with students, parents, and staff; operate relevant health and data systems and equipment; support safe school health operations including inventory of health supplies and adherence to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nursing License from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Current CPR/AED First Aid certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
