Licensed Practical Nurse

Assist with pre-op and post-op visits, surgical procedures, and patient discharge while educating patients on recovery bundles and clinic protocols. Monitor patient responses, escalate concerns to RN or Physician, and maintain accurate intraoperative documentation including Time Out and surgical notes. Prepare OR setup, position patients, manage surgical tools, and support laser safety, drug labeling, and equipment handling. Maintain clinical documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and uphold clinic safety protocols and sterilization procedures. Track medical supplies, use Sono Bello tools for compliance, and assist with photography uploads and appointment scheduling. Maintain professionalism, enforce OSHA and company quality standards, and participate in clinic performance goals.
