Licensed Practical Nurse

Assist with pre-op and post-op visits, surgical procedures, and patient positioning while maintaining accurate intraoperative documentation and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Educate patients on recovery bundles, monitor clinical responses, and escalate concerns to RN or Physician. Prepare OR setup, manage medical supplies, and support sterilization and laser safety protocols. Track equipment usage, assist with photography uploads, and complete required certifications and trainings. Maintain professionalism, enforce OSHA and company quality standards, and participate in clinic performance goals.
