Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN/LVN supports patient care before, during, and after procedures, assists surgical teams, and ensures safety, compliance, and premium patient experience. Responsibilities include pre-op and post-op visits and procedures, educating patients on care and clinic protocols, preparing OR setup and instruments, maintaining intraoperative documentation, sterilization, post-procedure cleaning and patient discharge, and managing supplies and administrative duties. Skills include effective communication, infection control, wound assessment, emergency response, and proficiency with electronic health records; ACLS certification required and some experience in post-op or OR circulator roles is preferred but training is available. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods, and adherence to OSHA, AAAHC, and company quality standards. Full-time position with compensation range $23.00–$28.96 per hour; benefits include health coverage and PTO.
