Licensed Practical Nurse

Assist with pre-op and post-op visits, surgical procedures, and laser safety protocols while educating patients on recovery bundles and clinic protocols. Monitor patient responses, escalate concerns to RN or Physician, and maintain accurate intraoperative documentation including Time Out and surgical notes. Prepare OR setup, position patients, manage surgical tools, and support post-procedure cleaning, dressing application, and discharge. Track medical supplies, ensure HIPAA compliance, and use internal tools for documentation and compliance. Maintain professionalism, enforce OSHA and quality standards, and participate in performance goals. Full-time role with $24–$30.98 USD compensation; requires current state licensure, ACLS certification, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
