Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Sevita's Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing person-centered nursing care in home and community-based settings. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, duties include medication administration, treatments, injections, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and documentation, with observation and reporting of changes in condition, contribution to care plans, and health education for individuals and families. Role spans homes, community residences, and program locations, emphasizing safety, infection control, and professional ethics. Will train and support direct care staff and participate in ongoing professional development to advance nursing skills and potentially expand into related areas.
