Job Summary
A Licensed Practical Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, following physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include implementing nursing care plans, providing treatments and preventive procedures, observing and reporting patient condition changes, teaching patients and families, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates must be graduates of state-approved nursing programs, currently licensed, and possess the ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

- Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
