Job Summary
Provide general nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers at the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams. Assist and advocate for patient health within the patient-centered delivery model, performing tasks under the direction of licensed providers while adhering to NYS Education Law, the Office of the Professions, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or per-diem shifts to support resident-specific care and a robust calendar of activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing program
- Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Basic Life Support Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program
