Job Summary
Provide education and consultation to clients and staff on medical health, medications, and general medical topics. Deliver one-on-one training tailored to specific individual needs and develop groups on nutrition, exercise, and smoking cessation. Assist clients in accessing community resources and review medical documentation to coordinate care and ensure follow-up. Perform direct medical care as ordered, including monitoring vitals and wound care, while supporting symptom assessment and treatment evaluation. This role supports adults with severe mental illness in obtaining and maintaining community living through Eliot's short-term restorative Respite program.
Required Qualifications
- License LPN/RN
- Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
