Job Summary
Monitor and record patients' vital signs accurately, assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing, and administer medications and perform basic medical procedures under supervision. Provide high-quality care to clients in the Macon-Bibb area while developing meaningful relationships to establish trust and support individuals with mental health needs. This role requires an active LPN license in good standing with the Georgia State Licensing Board and a minimum of three years of experience in a mental health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing with the Georgia State Licensing Board
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a mental health setting
- Ability to provide two professional references (former employers only)
