Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one patient care in home health settings across Bergen and Hudson Counties while utilizing the Cub Hub electronic charting system. Participate in in-depth paid training from day one and engage in adult and pediatric simulation labs to build clinical confidence. Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels under around-the-clock clinical support. Maintain full-time availability of 36+ hours weekly, including days, evenings, and weekends, to meet program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Completed an Accredited Nursing Program within the Past 12 Months
- Full Time Availability (36+ Hours Weekly Including Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
- Willingness to Commute Throughout Bergen & Hudson County
