Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Rejuvenation Medical Group assists physicians with patient care by preparing exam rooms, taking patient histories, and performing procedures such as suturing and biopsies. Responsibilities include treating dermatological conditions, monitoring patient symptoms, educating patients about self-care, and maintaining sterilization protocols for medical devices. Candidates must hold an LPN diploma, be registered with the provincial body, possess CPR certification, and have at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in dermatology.
Required Qualifications
- LPN diploma from an accredited institution
- Current registration within the provincial licensing body
- Active CPR certification
- 2+ years of private or public practice nursing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the dermatology sector (preferred)
- Experience using MedAccess (preferred)
