Job Summary
LPN/RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties oversees the weekend nursing department, conducts the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), coordinates resource utilization, ensures timely and appropriate care interventions, and maintains interdisciplinary communication to enhance resident/family satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include collecting, trending, analyzing, and reporting data, and managing the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON. Requires Florida RN or LPN license and CPR certification; English proficiency; and prior nursing supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida
- Must have and maintain CPR certification
- Must be able to speak and understand the English language
