Job Summary
Coordinate total patient care plans with the director of nursing and physicians, adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act. Accurately report and record patient conditions, symptoms, and changes while following emergency procedures for catastrophic events. Perform hands-on care including trach management, G-Tube support, medication administration, and ambulation. Work 12-hour shifts in days and nights across the Tampa Bay Area. Weekly pay and PTO benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN license allowing you to work in Florida
- Recent patient hands on care with total trach care and G-Tube
- Meet all of AHCA's requirements for home health agency employment
- 12hr shifts
