Job Summary
Provide health education and promote healing as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team to achieve optimum care for clients in the Chronic Resident Unit. Deliver daily nursing care across all phases of health care while working independently and utilizing strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Maintain valid registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK and hold a practical nursing diploma. Work flexible days, nights, and weekends shifts with no guaranteed hours at Foam Lake Jubilee Home.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills
