Licensed Practical Nurse

Promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in the Chronic Resident Unit with flexible shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends) and part-time regular status. Education and licensure requirements include a Practical Nursing diploma and eligibility for licensure as an LPN; requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. May be eligible for recruitment/retention incentives.
