Job Summary
Promote health and healing while providing education to clients and residents across all phases of care as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team. Work independently to achieve optimum care outcomes, utilizing organizational, computer, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Maintain membership with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan and hold a Practical Nursing diploma. Valid driver's license required. No guaranteed hours; travel required. Located in Pinehouse Lake, approximately 348 km north of Prince Albert.
