Job Summary
Provide health and healing education to clients and residents in the Chronic Resident Unit, promoting optimum care across all phases of health care. Work independently as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, utilizing strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to deliver care. Requires a Practical Nursing diploma, current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK, and a valid driver's license. Full-time temporary role with extended shift hours (149.36 hours per 4 weeks) covering days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Ability to work independently
