Job Summary
Promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care. Works as part of the Home Nursing department in Prince Albert on a full-time temporary basis, with days shifts and a 14-shift rotation over 3 weeks. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, education to patients and families, and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team. Requires travel; independent work and strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and basic computer skills are essential. Valid LPN license and eligibility with CLPNS are required. May be eligible for recruitment/retention incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
