Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is licensed to provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN in a multi-disciplinary clinical team. The role includes assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, aiding in care coordination and discharges, collecting specimens, maintaining medication records, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, documenting care, and supporting treatment planning and patient education in behavioral health and substance-use settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
