Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse position works under the supervision of an RN as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team in an outpatient setting with hybrid work arrangements. Responsibilities include patient education on diabetic care and psychiatric medications, coordinating care and appointments, assisting with intake, collecting blood/urine specimens, monitoring medications under RN supervision, maintaining medication records, completing clinical documentation, staying compliant with federal/state regulations and organizational policies, supporting Medical Assistants and other staff, and performing related duties. The role requires an LPN license, minimum one year in behavioral health, ability to de-escalate, strong documentation and communication skills, and potential travel based on business needs. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current and valid LPN license
