Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse position works under RN supervision within a multi-disciplinary clinical team in a behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include patient education on diabetic and psychiatric medications, coordinating care and appointments, maintaining medication records, monitoring medications under RN supervision, completing clinical documentation, staying compliant with federal/state regulations, supporting treatment and discharge planning, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must have LPN license, graduate from accredited LPN program, at least 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred, strong documentation and de-escalation skills, and willingness to travel as needed.
