Licensed Practical Nurse (PT)

Assist with pre-op and post-op visits and surgical procedures, educate patients on care and recovery bundles, and monitor responses while escalating concerns to RN or Physician. Prepare OR setup, position patients, and handle surgical tools, maintaining accurate intraoperative documentation and supporting laser safety protocols. Manage medical supplies, track equipment, and use internal tools for compliance and documentation. Maintain clinical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and enforce OSHA and AAAHC standards. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and clinic performance goals. Requires current state licensure, ACLS certification, and proficiency in electronic health records.
