Job Summary
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately while working closely with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff. Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice, following facility protocols and maintaining professionalism. Communicate effectively with leadership and the staffing team regarding shift acceptance, patient concerns, and needs. Accept last-minute shifts and demonstrate reliability for urgent coverage across hospitals, long-term care, and behavioral health settings. Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid LPN license
- Current TB test
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- CPR/BLS must be instructor-led and in person (online-only courses are not accepted)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassion for patients and dedication to quality care
- Ability to work PRN and accept last-minute shifts
- Consent to undergo background check
- Consent to participate in a drug screening test
- Accuracy of information provided during the application process
