Job Summary
Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting care accurately. Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff while following facility protocols and maintaining professionalism. Communicate effectively with leadership and the staffing team regarding shift acceptance, patient concerns, and needs. Demonstrate reliability by accepting last-minute shifts and showing up on time, prepared, and ready to work. Maintain an active LPN license, current TB test, and instructor-led CPR/BLS certification. Background checks and drug screenings are required for all prospective employees.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid LPN license
- Current TB test
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- CPR/BLS must be instructor-led and in person (online-only courses are not accepted)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassion for patients and dedication to quality care
- Ability to work PRN and accept last-minute shifts
- Consent to undergo background check
- Consent to participate in a drug screening test
