Licensed Practical Nurse PRN - Bedford & Tullahoma Clinics

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN providing direct patient care across Bedford and Tullahoma Primary Care & Urgent Care clinics. Responsibilities include assisting RNs, performing LPN scope of care tasks, administering medications, initiating IVs, documenting in patient records, and adhering to infection control and safety policies. Demonstrates nursing competencies, participates in planning and delivering high-quality care, and supports education and care planning for patients. Requires TN LPN licensure and graduation from an approved nursing program; less than 1 year of relevant experience. The role includes rotating PRN shifts (8 or 12 hours) with coverage across multiple clinic locations and a patient-centered care philosophy aligned with Vanderbilt Health values.
