Job Summary
Implement the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for adult and pediatric patients in their homes. Provide specialized care for tracheostomy, ventilators, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management while communicating with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Minnesota LPN licensure and BLS CPR requirements. Work flexible 8-12 hour shifts with a starting rate of $27.00/hour. Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English
- Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs
- Drug free work environment
