Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for in-home patient care in Eden Prairie, MN. Provide adult and pediatric nursing care one-on-one in the patient’s own home, implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating). Communicate with the physician and multidisciplinary care team regarding patient health status. Care will include tracheostomy and ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Must hold a Minnesota LPN license, be fluent in English, and have BLS CPR certification; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 8-12 hour shifts are typical; competitive hourly rate starting at $27/hour with benefits (health insurance reimbursement plan, 401k, CEUs, PTO), on-demand pay, and referral bonus up to $3,000. EOE, drug-free work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Minnesota
- English fluency (reading/writing/speaking)
- Education/experience in the scope of services offered by the agency
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through AHA or Red Cross (renewed as recommended)
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
