Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care as a Private Duty LPN, delivering one-on-one adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home. Responsibilities include implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), communicating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and delivering diverse cares from tracheostomy and ventilator support to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Must hold a Minnesota LPN license, be fluent in English, meet required education/experience for agency scope, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible 8–12 hour shifts. Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR for healthcare providers – through American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed as recommended
