Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act and implement clinician-initiated plans of care. Deliver accurate, timely documentation and assess patients and families for education pertinent to diagnosis and care plans. Coordinate home health services by reporting identified needs for other disciplines to the clinician or supervisor. Use equipment and supplies effectively while participating in personal and professional growth. Maintain current Pennsylvania licensure, a valid CPR certificate, and at least two years of pediatric experience. Work flexible part-time or full-time shifts across Bethlehem, Allentown, Whitehall, Bath, and Alburtis areas with competitive pay up to $35.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR Certificate
- At least two years experience working with pediatric patients
- Compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
