Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at St. Mary’s Detention Center in Leonardtown, MD to provide comprehensive nursing care under RN supervision. Roles include sick calls, medication administration, maintaining accurate EMR records, managing controlled substances, and contributing to the plan of care. Two shifts available: Full-Time Evenings 2:00 pm–10:30 pm and Part-Time Evenings 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with rotating weekends. Orientation on the job, on-going training, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life, disability, PTO, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, and various pay differentials. Requirements: Maryland LPN license, effective communication, ability to work under supervision, clinical competency; correctional health care experience is a plus.
