Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care for veterans. Telehealth and back-office support with on-site work Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, obtaining histories, recording in EMR, administering medications, operating diagnostic equipment, assisting providers during examinations, taking vital signs, performing ancillary testing (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws), collecting lab specimens, completing clinical reminders, and managing patient communications. Requires LPN license, HS diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited certificate program, BLS certification, and proficiency with MS Office. One year of clinical operations experience preferred; new grads welcome. Benefits include health plans, life insurance, disability, PTO, 401K. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Graduate of an accredited certificate program
- Current and active state Nursing License
- One year of continuous experience preferred/New Grads welcome
- Knowledge of computer systems to include the MS Office Suite
- Current Basic Life Support for providers certification from The American Heart Association
