Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration for comparable education experience and licensure
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification either previously completed or to be completed within 3 months of hire
