Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse to provide accurate assessment, oversight and monitoring of residents' conditions to maintain optimal resident care and medical management, ensuring early detection of changes in condition. Able to promptly evaluate, treat and document accordingly. Maintain good working relationships with all team members including outside providers in a professional manner. Must possess an active Illinois license. 12 hour shifts available from 7AM to 7PM. Full-time position with benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and shift differential with extra weekend pay. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 and perfect attendance bonus available.
