Licensed Practical Nurse - Post Surgical - Full Time Nights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a post-surgical unit. Support, implement, and monitor nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Revisions to patient care plans, patient teaching, discharge and post-discharge needs, and documentation in accordance with policy. Functions independently with treatments and procedures, maintains professional appearance and environment, and collaborates with staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients across ages on a medical/surgical unit. Requires english communication, ability to stand for extended periods, and lifting/pushing requirements as part of patient handling. Shift: Full Time Nights on a medical-surgical unit in Williamson Health system.
